Exacto Spring is committed to working with their customers and helping meet their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals.

Exacto identifies areas within our company and vendor base to help meet these goals through a variety of methods and partnerships. For example, we review our energy consumption, greenhouse gases, waste, water usage, our raw materials and secondary services, and employee health, safety, and wellbeing on a regular basis and identify opportunities to help the global goals of ESG.

At Exacto we have found that radical innovation can be a daunting concept for a Manufacturing SMB of our size.  We have taken an incremental approach to implementing sustainability innovations that are driven by the customers’ needs at every level. This helps to reduce the pressure and risk of an “all or nothing” approach to rapid change for both parties.  We believe that ideas that spark innovation and sustainability don’t happen on command, so you need to be paying attention when they do happen organically or at random and use that to your advantage.

Our main partners to meet these goals include, but not limited to are WE Energies of Wisconsin, GFL Environmental, Green Bay Packaging, Legacy Recycling, The Village of Grafton, and the State of Wisconsin. They all play a vital role in assisting us in meeting ESG goals for our customers and for our company.
