The annual holiday event consisted of lunch from Atlas Bar-B-Cue and some Texas Hold’em where Dennis Carroll was crowned champion.

Rick Tadyszak Retires
On July 11th, the busy summer at Exacto continued with another party. This one was for long time employee, Rick Tadyszak, who has been with Exacto 34 years as our shipping supervisor. He is retiring and Rick received a “truck” from the company and his going away lunch was catered by Tony’s Bar-B-Cue. Good luck Rick and thank you for your service to Exacto Spring.
First Major Truck for Exacto
In anticipation for our new building and deliveries, Exacto purchased its first major truck. It was bought and delivered from JX Enterprises. Lunch was given to all of the employees to welcome the purchase and to view the truck.
Customer & Employee Event at Summerfest
On July 3rd, Exacto hosted a private party on the private deck overlooking the water at Summerfest for the fireworks and a concert by the Go Go’s. Mother nature killed the fireworks for us as it was so foggy that we couldn’t even see them. In addition, damp weather was present, but we all had an enjoyable night with great food, drink and company.
More Building Updates
After 40 years, the old bathrooms were flushed away in the south corridor of the plant. It was a welcome sight for all employees who use them. The pictures are of the teardown and the first day of completion of the new ones.
Goodbye Office Carpeting
During the week of February 11, 2013 and after nearly 18 years, it was time to say goodbye to the office carpeting. It was a wild week of maneuvering around all of the workers to do our jobs, but we managed.
2012 Christmas Party
January 24, 2013 was the 2012 Christmas Party as we had it rescheduled from December 20, due to a snow storm that piled up 18″ in some areas. Our party was at the Ozaukee Country Club and consisted of great food, drink, and table bingo. We did keep up with the tradition of snow “On the day of the Christmas Party”, as it snowed in the later part of the evening. (It always snows when we have a party.)
2012 Turkey Day at Exacto
It was the warmest Turkey Distribution Day in probably 50 years of giving turkeys to our employees. The Turkey group of Pat, Pete, Mark, and Judi made the distribution go very smoothly, as always. Gobble Gobble, Gobble!
9-11-12
We remember 9-11 and God Bless America. Today is also memorable as one of the biggest machines we have bought to date has arrived all the way from Germany.
2012 Labor Day “Parking Lot Party”
Exacto celebrated the start of Labor Day weekend, street style or in our terms “Parking Lot Style” with catered brats & hot dogs. Along with these tasty items, we fried up onion rings and fries to go along with them. We had some great healthy snacks to go along with in on this beautiful 85 degree day.
